Symposium fees

There are no registration fees for the symposium; participation will be limited to 120 persons.

Registration

Abstracts submitted for posters and oral presentations will be reviewed by the scientific committee and authors will be notified of acceptance by May 31st.
In order for symposium attendees to be considered registered, authors are requested to send to the Symposium Secretariat  the completed registration form, along with their hotel accommodation booking, prior to August 20th.  

* Registration includes symposium material, welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, lunches and gala dinner.
 
Scholarship

A limited number of scholarships will be available for the best abstracts submitted by PhD students or Post-Docs. This applies for abstracts submitted for oral presentations only. The scholarship includes travel and hotel costs. Those wishing to be considered for a scholarship must indicate this on the on their submission form which can be downloaded as *.doc or *.pdf, and applications should be accompanied by a letter of recommendation by their supervisor.
